ACCEPTABLE EMERGENCY SUBSTITUTIONS
There may come a time when we have to be a little more creative
with our cooking
ingredients. Some may not always be readily available. To aid
in this, here are some
BAKING
ACTIVE DRY YEAST, 1 PKG (1/4 OUNCE)
1 Cake Compressed Yeast
ARROWROOT, 1 TBS.
2 tbs. All-purpose Flour
or 1 tbs. Cornstarch
